This application is the Android version of the www.e-bloc.ro platform. The

creation of access accounts is done by the administrator of the owners' association, through the BlocManagerNET software (ex: from the menu "Online", "Global users..." or double click on the apartment, the "Tenants" tab, "Add..." at the bottom of the window)

The main functions of the application are:
- displaying information related to the cost of maintenance
- entering meter indexes
- sending receipts to the administration
- locating cash payment terminals (ex: PayPoint, SelfPay, etc.)

Using the cashier function requires a bluetooth thermal printer.
